For 10 years, Ride to Work Ministry has helped Oconee County residents overcome one of the biggest barriers to employment—reliable transportation. Because of supporters like you, we’ve achieved:
- 20,500+ rides to work for over 420 individuals
- 210+ graduates who have secured jobs and their own transportation
- 80% still employed after one year
- 95% of every dollar goes directly to providing rides (all-volunteer organization)
- Honored with the 2025 Angel Award for nonprofit excellence
Now your gift can be doubled or even tripled. Through September 30, 2026:
- All donations will be matched 100% by the Gutenstein Heritage Foundation up to $40,000
- New and increased gifts will receive an additional 100% match up to $20,000
Your support will help us meet the growing demand for rides that have jumped from 1500 to 2800 annually. It will also allow us to realize our goal of providing more higher-quality, longer-lasting vehicles for hardworking riders.
